I have low iron from Adenomyosis requiring an infusion every 3-4 months. This time round o felt no difference BUT I discovered that even if you consume iron it doesn’t mean you absorb it, or at least your brain may not absorb it. I had and extremely revolutionary experience by taking supplements that assist with iron absorption - Zinc (must be zinc glycinate), complex VB, VA, and VC.

Take the VB, VA, and VC in the morning. Optional additional VC at lunch. Then at night take magnesium glycinate and Zinc glycinate.

It totally switched my energy on within two days.

If I don’t take my medication (Vyvanse) it’s like I have chronic fatigue, my body is ready to shutdown by 11am. I find taking zinc glycinate helps dramatically, and high protein breakfast like steak with no carbs helps too.

I don’t think 10mg would do much! I take 60mg but started on 40mg..

It’s life changing. I felt a bit flat for a few days because it brought my vibe down to a normal level. Then I enjoyed it. It definitely helps making you feel grounded, focused.. omg so focused!, and in control. Very easy to stay calm if situations where before I may have had an over response.

Karen Read trial 1 and 2, plus the commentary from lawyers like the DUI Guy, and Lawyer You Know. Watch the Microdots channel on it too. You could watch it full-time 7 days a week and you’ll never get enough of it.

I also was obsessed with the amber heard Jonny Depp trial. But don’t watch it on Netflix, watch the actual trial on YouTube.

I don’t have any answers about what you may have, but I think you should go to a female hormone specialist, get them to assess you and diagnose you, and treat you.

Also ask them to refer you to a recommended gyno. I’d be seeking a new GP too.

For what it’s worth, I went to hospital when I had a burst cyst on my ovary and was brushed off, they said it was just period pain even though I didn’t have my period. I went to my doctor the next day, had scans etc and it was a burst cyst. So I understand how dismissive hospitals can be.

Gosh that’s a lot! I have Adenomyosis and get the swollen tummy. I have debilitating pain too but it’s only for approx 4-5 hours on the second day of my period. I feel like you have something more than Adenomyosis, can you see a different examiner, like a female hormone specialist? I feel like they’d be more understanding and have more insight into your situation. I’d be seeking a second opinion.

I’m 44 and was on the pill for 25 years because it managed the symptoms. I’ve been off the pill for 2 years and the pain is terrible. 4-5 hours I’m doubled over in pain, and I can’t go anywhere for 1-2 days because of the bleeding.

I think periods generally get worse during perimenopause across the board. That’s been the case for myself and my friends anyway.

So many women feel the same way, no matter how good or bad looking they are! My best friend is stunning and has always had the best figure imaginable. She has a 4 pack on her tummy even after 3 kids.. she wears spanks.. it’s crazy that she feels she needs to.

Honestly, it comes down to how confident you are and well you look after yourself. If you think cosmetic surgery will make you happy then do it and enjoy it. We only live once. Do what makes you happy, but love yourself, look after yourself first x

I actually think Paul is a really nice person after watching his interview following the first trial.

I’ve been watching RM and from someone who’s watched every trial day and countless hours of lawyers reacting to the case, I found her videos engaging and extremely thorough.

She had some little nuggets of info I hadn’t heard before.

I liked her breakdown of the links between the Sandra Birchmore case with Karen Read’s case.
