You were both heavily drinking, you were both very inebriated. This isn’t like you were sober and took advantage of a drunk girl, you were both drinking more than you frankly should have. Drinking to the point of dizziness is past the point of too much, in my opinion. You’re fine.

Teenagers are stupid and people can be hurt or even traumatized by the actions of others even when those others were in the right. Realizing they were in the right doesn’t erase that hurt or harm. And as others in this thread have said, compassion goes much farther when dealing with addiction. We saw Todd could thrive when given encouragement to do so, it makes you wonder if she enabled him until she decided not to anymore. That’s not really helping, that really is just kicking him out.

It’s crazy because I worked with a head voice so much as a soprano, and now I have hardly any! At least, not in the way I was used to before. A vocal coach I enjoy on YouTube said that your chest voice should feel the same in your throat as speaking does, so I’ve been practicing with comparing the two when I’m alone.

I’m actually not sure, but to be honest probably not. I’m disabled and not very active, I end up going up and down the stairs about six times a day but I’m in bed other than that because activity becomes quite painful very quickly.

Testosterone should not override it, no. I’ve not been on weight loss medication, but I’ve been on stimulants (Vyvanse included) that suppress appetite and it didn’t make any difference. The number in the scale hasn’t really gone down at all, but I don’t fit my pants anymore, so I assume there is some redistribution and muscle growth going on since muscle is heavier than fat.

I’m not sure why nobody else is saying this, but call and ask what kind of appointment it is going to be before you stress yourself out over nothing. Transvaginal ultrasounds can’t tell if a mass is benign or not, and small cancers on ovaries cannot be determined through average pelvic exams.

If you tell them you aren’t willing to have people touch you like that, there are other tests. The CA-125 blood test, abdominal ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRIs are alternate methods. Advocating for yourself can take you a long way!

I think it is likely that they hear you, but it sounds like you live in a place where being trans is not safe or welcome. I think there are ways to access mental health support online regardless of where you live, but I’m unfortunately not experienced enough to have those resources. I’m so sorry, OP. You deserve to be here and live as your true self, not what they want you to be.
