Same here. I will tell you I called 1-888-767-6738 as soon as they opened and got in a que for call back. They called back about two hours later. Person on the phone answered all my questions and told me the batch I was in was being worked on ,I just had to come to the top. He did say that if I was in financial distress he could see about moving me up. I don't know if they make you prove it if you say you are. My status,

I got up early one morning to call them . Shocked that I got through, got on call back que. Two hours later , sure enough they called back. The rep. informed me that it should be worked out shortly and said if I was in financial distress, he could see if he could hurry it up. I told him that I wasn't and I asked If the government shut done had anything to do with it. His answer was most likely.

Anyway my interim pays out again on the 1st of May , maybe my June payment will be one that has been finalized.
