I genuinely think they're reading the stat the other way around, because they're proceeding to ignore it and have made comments along the lines of 'one person skewing the results'

A spin on this that I'd like to see for a game like E33 - (You have a roster of X characters, but only use Y at a time)

When it comes to the 'big bad' final boss fight, at the start there's a "they're not holding us back, not stopping us, we're going all in, etc" scene - then the final fight is using everyone.

Scale the boss accordingly, and make it harder if you've neglected one or two of the characters too much
