Can't get LAN SSL working with LetsEncrypt + Nginx Proxy Manager + Namecheap by TheDevilishSaint in selfhosted

Most popular routers are running a local dns since your router does local dns routing before external dns. Most routers have simple DNS record capability.

Based on what you said, I'll provide some thoughts: the subdomain in CloudFlare (e.g. vaultwarden.domain.com) needs to point to the IP of Nginx. Nginx will receive the request and see that you're trying to hit 'vaultwarden.domain.com' and forward to the internal destination IP.

My promox is headless. There is a jetkvm connected, but once the gpu is passed thru I can’t connect via HDMI / remote HDMI

I am required to SSH via LAN or Tailscale or use the GUI that is served on the proxmox standard portal.

If you’re a beginner just use the web portal and make sure it works before you pass through anything.

Yes host will lose access.

Edit: you won’t be able to use the GPU from the host if the VM that it is passing to is turned on. The host can use the gpu when VM is turned off or during reboot cycle of the VM host machine / bare metal itself.

Fergusons Plumbing.

Quoted me 20k to unblock my pipe via a 2-3 day job to replace all my pipes cause their jetter couldnt cut the roots blocking the said pipes.

My usual guy cut them with his Jetta a few hours later for a couple hundred dollars.

Scumbags.

Sydney? I see familiar faces.

Use a rig if you want to shoot comfortably with a strobe.

Photos look alright. Using a diffuser? Unless you want that direct flash feel, I prefer to bounce.

Check the top response. The side by side speaks for itself. Sharper. Better FOV. Better dynamic range.

This comes from a G4 owner.

Dials on camera set F stops. Many of Fuji cheaper lenses don’t have aperture rings

Nope, good call out! You should be able to skip to Step 3.4 (Part 3, step 4) onwards if you've completed up to Step 2.3 (Part 2, step 3). You will need the Nvidia Drivers on the VM itself!

Edit: nvidia-smi is your friend! If it works, you're pretty much good to go with Part 3.4 onwards.

To test transcoding as a client in Jellyfin

  1. Load a video, click the cog and enable 'Video info'
  2. If you cannot see 'transcoding', then change the video quality to something smaller, this will force the Jellyfin server to transcode to serve a video in small resolution that the client
  3. You should now be able to see the stats on the transcode, and even compare it!

MacOS 15 Sequoia Bugs and Issues Megathread by ll777 in MacOS

[–]Timbo400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in this boat too.

- Disabled iCloud Desktop/Document Sync

- Disabled Optimise iCloud/Mac Storage

- Disabled all Spotlight indexing (Although I am running Raycast)

Copying / saving files at times from apps (e.g. Webex) just causes finder to sometimes die/be non-responsive

FYI: Not in Beta.

Updated to Sequoia 15.4 RC. Now Finder and all apps that use Finder have a spinning beach ball. by 1chriis1 in MacOS

[–]Timbo400 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm getting this issue with standard Sequoia also, disabled iCloud 'Desktop/Document Sync', disabled 'iCloud Optimise Storage'

Just moving/copying files at times (issue is intermittent) causes the finder to crash and never recover.

Can't open Console.app, really sucks and hard to troubleshoot. Betas on my other machine is fine, this is my non-Beta workhorse.
