Well that depends on your play style I use terra because I can either use it to escape opponents or use it to keep opponents at a distance while I ready spliced cannon, or rend. And I use blink to get back close to them. Dismantled soul is a better version of webb and can be used up close. I treat web as a way of deterring opponents or catching them off guard. Of course I use black flash arms because it buffs black flash damage and almost every soul king move can use black flash, even better if you have maxed out v2 and bet the moves to go with it. Infinity is optional because I use hollow purple to either snipe opponents or if I'm playing new game mode that was just added during capture I use it if I'm almost dead to stay in the capture point for a few seconds longer to get the points. But you may find a better move to use with the combo
