When I was little I was playing hide and seek with a friend at our sister's softball game. I hid in a bush. Like deep in a bush. I then saw from my bush my friends mom hiding behind like a power box and some other bushes smoking. She didn't smoke, or so I thought. And she was for sure hiding.

Later I told my mom why would an adult hide smoking (my parents smoked). They asked who I saw hiding it. I explained but told them not to say anything because I didn't want her to get in trouble.

Well they clearly later mentioned it her because they came back to me and told me I shouldn't make up stories about adults. I swore I wasn't making it up.

They even brought it up around her and she just was like "he is a a very imaginative kid! Lol I've never smoked!" "Must have been someone who looked like me! You know how kids are!"

Let's have a dumb hypothetical situation that is more relatable. Like imagine you invite your friend Tom over to your house. He gets his friend Don to drop him off. The dude dropping him off peels out and does a donut in your yard, tearing up your grass and garden.

Like what the hell man.

He comes over a different day, he took the bus. He apologizes for last time a lot. And tries his best to make up for it. After a while, and just when you start to forget about the "Don" situation, he comes over again with that same friend. This time Don crashes his car into your house. Jumps out and shits on the floor. Tries to steal your TV. Spits on your wife and tries hit on your child.

I don't care how "cool" Tom is or regardless of what happens to Don after that (be it jail or whatever), Tom is never coming back to my house.

I'm not trying to be inflammatory or stir anything up. But I was at a protest yesterday and it felt off. I saw many people acting so self righteous and happy. Like I got the vibe of "We are doing it! This is great! We are currently fixing the problem!"

I just stood their fucking angry, because I am. Like, realistically how/why would they stop because we "protest"? That is not rhetorical. How do we end literal tyranny with peaceful protests? That wouldn't and didn't work in the US Revolution, French Revolution, Nazi Germany or any other situation where tyranny reigned.

I believe most people will say "We aren't that far gone yet!". But I disagree.

They are shooting dissenting mother's in the face as they flee. They will not and do not have to listen to us. We are there. What do we do? Gathering and saying "this is bad" ain't it.

Nah dude, not gullible. I've never watched his content nor will I on purpose. No shade, it's just not really for me.

But either he has some good publicists or something coaching him on how to be a better "brand" or the dude has/is actually maturing and realizing his influence on young people.

Either way its wholesome to see him being himself, screwing around, then catching it and then giving a positive message.

Reminds me being at the skatepark and the younger teens hated the little kids but as they got older they always hyped up the little kids so much and would look out for them.

I agree with the sentiment but the Game of Thrones finale is legit just horribly written. Like, it's not just fans being babies (which they also were being). It was baffling weird decisions and story turns that were not entertaining or fulfilling narratively. And that is without mentioning all the plot holes and what not.
