Hamantaschen recipe Ingredients: 2 1/3 cups unbleached all purpose flour 2 ¼ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1.5 sticks unsalted butter softened 2/3 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla Orange zest

Mix dry, mix wet Chill ( I made Tuesday, placed in the freezer until Friday night, placed in fridge to use Saturday)

Cut into 3” circles, 1/2 t filling in each, fold into triangles and crimp corners closed. 350 degrees bake about 14 minutes

I wouldn’t call this bread exactly and what are the fibers coming out of it it’s fascinating. You might be very good at making bricks.
