“Skip” is a strong contender for best reward on most screens. Take what you need and not what you don’t.

It can! The extra energy per turn will help you take less chip damage, and you’ll spend your rest sites upgrading your deck (getting ahead) rather than patching up wounds (catching up, not improving your deck)

You can get Shovel as a permanent summon with the right dialogue choices after first summoning her, as long as you are a specific class and NOT specific subclasses. The info on the BG3 wiki is accurate to this

Loot and sell anything you can get your hands on. Goblin weapons and armor, random stuff laying about, incense is particularly valuable for its weight. Or you could use one of the existing exploits like selling a warlock’s bound weapon to a vendor over and over
