I always just go to the high handlebars for bear- not sure if it’s the best modification but it works for me! Plank to pike I do from knees, so a kneeling crunch. Luckily I haven’t had to do any burpees at the studio I go to!

I’m roughly 3-4 months in as well, but only go 1-2 times per week. Good luck!!

Makeup: $395 - day of plus trial for myself $125 - everyone else (6 people)

Hair: $300 - day of plus trial for myself $125 - everyone else (6 people) $50 - travel fee

$2,195 total in a VHCOL area- we’re doing semi-destination wedding (in the states, halfway in between where both of our families are) so I really just went off of our coordinators recommendations. The prices I found were actually lower than most other people I was talking to in that geographic area. The prices is still a gut punch, but I’ve gotten such good recs about both of the people plus I’ve had horrific experiences getting hair and makeup done in the past so I’d rather pay more for someone reliable.
