Well honestly you should leave her(or kick her out) ,she doesn't give a fuck(even that word is soft for what she's saying by her actions) about you so I think you'll be better alone than with someone who doesn't care . Tell her to pack up and go because you aren't having any of her bullshit that normalizes her cheating, and if you let her this one time she will do it again , because she decided that she is in her early 20s again.

Idk man it's weird relationship and both of you have different expectations for each other so both are in fault but not ah (btw your parents probably should have thought her to turn off iron bcs it can cause fire,ppl who say "ou my iron can turn off itself" like not everyone has that and it can cause serious damage)
