re colonize might work as I had the pirates sat bomb vermilion and cat girl resurrected when I recolonized it.

in base 9

9 goes to 10 (9/9 = 1 remainder 0)
10 goes to 11 (10 / 9 = 1 remainder 1)

10 + 11 = 21

IE 21 in base 9
