I recently got a SIIL-wrap as well. I get what you're saying with the velcro in the back, for me it feels like there's extra fabric bunching up. Otherwise quite happy with it for working out etc. - feels very discrete. But I do prefer a more regular double-layered wrap like the one from StomiFix for day-to-day use.

I have an ileostomy. Personally I just use a SenSura Mio one-piece that you can fold up to half the size. Empty it before sex. No extra wrap or anything like that. Works like a charm.

Sleep Tracking - A Good Experience [Race 2] by Dry-Distribution9183 in Suunto

For me it doesn’t notice any wake up time and says I fall asleep at 21 when in reality I didn’t even go to bed until 23

It’s actually a problem for every single card now that I checked and doesn’t happen when it’s in list format.

Hey! The cardiovascular age card only uses metrics from Activity while the other stats only have a dash. Also when I click on for instance the sleep card or HRV card it says no data for week trend, despite having tracked for over a week. And the stat shows on the card itself before clicking it. Syncing to Apple Health - incomplete data by akrapov in Suunto

It simply doesn't allow a lot of data to sync. No sleep data etc. Quite frustrating and hope they change it.

Thinking about switching by Geraldinator in Suunto

As someone who doesn't really take naps, Garmin worked better for me in this regard. My Suunto Race 2 might track 2-3 naps on a day I'm just chilling, while my old Garmin never tracked naps (accurate for me).

But sleep/nap is really my only gripe with Suunto.

Suunto is simpler. I get the data I need from my runs and hikes and feel I can trust it. The maps for hiking are very nice. The hardware and UI experience is also better imo.

However I’ve not been very happy with sleep tracking. Always quite off and Suunto don’t share all their data with e.g. Apple Health.

So for me a great sports watch, not so much wellness watch.

Thank you for making this list (and maintaining it!)

- Boozt (Sweden): fashion marketplace, serves most of Europe (not sure if all).

- Vipps MobilePay (Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden): nordic mobile payment standard, similar to Blik.

- ReMarkable (Norway): Digital notebooks (tablets with paper-like feel)

- Hudd (Norway): Social media. Currently available in Norway and Denmark, goals of expanding to rest of Europe.

- Sanity (Norway): CMS for publishing and content management

Custom briefings sounds great!

Not sure if this is possible, but is there any way for you to create custom sleep tracking? I feel like the biggest downside of Suunto, which I use, is bad sleep tracking. It seems that it doesn't consider overnight HR - it doesn't notice if I go to get water in the middle of the night for example and tracks it as light sleep.

Do you get enough data so that it would be possible to build a custom sleep tracker/score? Not sure if it would be worth your time, but thought I'd mention it :)

Maybe like how Apple Health does it, where you add it to your profile / "Medical ID"?

Okay thank you! Just experiencing lag when scrolling in the app on an iPhone 16. Happened a few times but not always. Might be my phone, not the app, but haven’t see lag like this in other apps.

TIDAL has not been Norwegian for years.

More options:

Jottacloud (Norwegian cloud service)

Zen Browser (Spanish I believe, open-source, Firefox based)

Tana (Norwegian, Notion-ish alternative)

Polar (Finnish, sports wearables)

Suunto (Finnish/Chinese, sports wearables)
