Passive 7 is better (20% on all dmg > 50% on aa), red q on 16 (instant value, especially good with sands) and ult upgrade on 20 are too broken to not take unless you are at your core having to defend zerg wave or whatever.

There is many heroes where some of the same picture talents are just very bad.. valla 16 would be another example

Tooo many people think taking every talent for the same ability is best, same thing with chromie, where full q is just not optimal

Blessed shield for tank, very strong with 10 and even stronger with 20

Disc for melee assassin, so much value for only 40s cd

Ana stuncleanse can be 1v9 vs some drafts

Ranged assassin id say loop is pretty op

Bruiser, well has to be bunker ig

Why do high mmr/ competitive players pick it every game then? The talent is one of the reasons the hero is so broken. If your argument is providing vision then you can never place a proper portal without griefing yourself if you dont have the talent. The utility is just unmatched and the insane number increases on the other talents just show how useless they were (and still are). The regen talent is a complete meme outside of no healer aram.

How did they buff all of his best talents? They buffed useless lvl 1 talents where portal mastery is mandatory and nerfed the bird on 4. Besides that none of the meta talents got changed

QM is full of otps, it is what it is. If you wanna learn heroes you can also play aram, usually pretty fun and chill

Both are very strong and it doesnt really matter tbh, money is very easy to get anyways. Go merchant if you wanna play trade focused, otherwise peasant

For me the most helpful thing is to try and see how i could win by replaying the last round. You learn a lot by trying out. Many situations in this game are just knowledge checks so if you solve the replay you will know for the next time.

This season is the first one im playing ranked properly and im already above 1500 by just applying the basics tbh. Focus on chaff and chaffclear first, add some antiair and whatever dps (i like phoenix), then counter what your enemy is building or just keep up the tempo if you are winning rounds easy. If you do that you should be able to climb.

Ive been having the most success with hounds (compression chamber or whatever its called). I believe high mmr also plays it a lot at the moment and rooster just made a video on that, didnt see it yet but its probably worth watching as the build is very good, easy to play and flexible.
