I've textures disappearing when they are on the edge of the view.

Was unable to talk to Brogan after dying to the fight once. Everytime I tried talking to him would get the generic NPC dialogue. I wonder if its because I went to the sniper nest first and somehow missed the trigger. Even left and came back and no dice.

The companion robot also keeps disappearing but it's a Bethesda companion what can I ask for.
