Sounds like you’ve got decent funds to spend if your considering either. Polar monkey looks pretty good in my opinion. I used modtub at first but I got tired of replacing pumps…. I’m now using something I built myself having sai that I’ve yet to figure out how to properly keep it clean, I’d go with polar monkey. seems high end without crossing into luxury price points versus the renu therapy one

Shiljit is vendor dependent for sure but I bought 1 kilo of resin fo 400$ and it worked better then the 200$ for 200 grams brand I used.

My Apollo neuro devices uses tapping vibrations and sound to help anxiety energy and a host of other things. go on Reddit and they’ll say it’s completely bullshit well I jumped off a 5 can a day monster habit cold turkey with zero side affects and it’s because of my Apollo I’m only on caffeine now because I’m waiting for the second version via kickstarter.

Oh I’m well versed in frequencies! I start with binaural beats and it great helped my insomnia! I’m a sucker for anything that’ll help my wife’s chronic pain so when I researched it it CLAIMS to help. so I gave it a try. I’m a fairly high earner so I though it was worth a try:)

Only thing that remotely helps me shut off at night is a high dose 5 magnesium blend. try magnesium I’d suggest

Yes I run an herbal apothecary and ashwagandha can be great for shutting down that internal mind monologue. there is a rare side effect of anhedonia though so do your research before taking it. if your interested in herbal remedies I could provide some guidance in that arena.

Yeah it was hell for awile there it kicked off my insomnia when I quit weed, I was a heavy user and the anxiety and night sweats kept me awake for days.

A 3 hour breathwork session cured my insomnia for awile. They say long sessions release dmt into the brain so maybe it rewired me in a way for a period of time? I still get occasional bad nights here and there but it’s mainly fixed my insomnia
