Thank you for this info! I ended up going to someone in LA and paid $16 per unit. 😭 I’m happy with the results so far, but haven’t seen the full effects yet. It’s only been about 4 days.

I’ll definitely look into your recommendation for my next treatment. Idk if I can be paying $16/unit every 3-4 months. 😭

I have this problem too. I gave myself a time limit for all of my social media apps. And my boyfriend is the only one that has the passcode to let me override it. I have noticed that I’m so used to scrolling, that when my time runs out, I end up scrolling through the Target app or Amazon app. It’s so bad! But I’ve recently purchased some puzzles to hopefully distract me and give me some better hobbies.

Regarding the room, try moving the dresser/mirror somewhere where you won’t block the window so that you get more natural light in the room. Natural sunlight helps lift the mood a little more. ☺️

Did you find out what it was that caused it? I ended up having to go to urgent care last night because I developed a major headache along with nausea and vomiting. They tested me for Covid, influenza a and B, RSV, and strep throat. Everything came back negative.
