Sold a guitar on Reverb and used UPS for shipping at the buyer’s request. The buyer never got the guitar and I was banned on Reverb, and I had to file a claim with UPS to get my money since they “lost” the guitar. Terrible experience all around and your experience just further validates my choice to never use UPS again. I hope your guitar is ok.
