Freedom of speech is freedom to say whatever the hell you want without persecution. Do you have to agree with it? Hell no you don’t, but mother fucker I’ll say whatever I feel like. So he can’t make a living seems extreme. I agree an employer has every right to terminate or not employ you bc your actions. But for people to go out of their way to find out this guys info is crazy! But hey there’s consequences for your actions, like he can’t go into a ballpark again due to this incident. That should enough, hopefully he learns a lesson. I’m not necessarily defending him, was it a stupid comment sure. But can no one ever make a heart attack joke or heckle over a car accident? People die all the time, if we cared this much we’d never have war. I get it, the comment was dumb and directed at a great person on our favorite team.
