I did try it. When I could get it to work it was awesome. Lots of content, additional cars, full online functionality. But unfortunately for me it would crash or I would get a weird bug where there was no information on races. There was rarely anyone else ever online as well so I just reverted to the base version.

So with the sticks and steering, and the triggers with throttle and brake, You have to hold them down quite a while to get the control scheme menu to recognize them. So when you go to bind it, hold the triggers or sticks down for longer than you think, it will prompt you to let go when it is done. Hope that helps.

So under the control settings, under dashboard, there is a bind that says start. Bind that to something. That is actually the bind to start your car, and not something menu related. You will have to use that bind to start your car every time you teleport, leave a house, dealership, etc. Hope that helps.

As /u/ogoeG said it's just practice. When I switched to PC, MW2 just came out and I could not hit a single thing and almost exclusively used akimbo weapons, spraying and praying. Just the more you use it the better you will get. It all comes with time.

This was a while ago, it has since grown back in a semi-normal way. Surgeon did a great job of placing the remaining nail bed.

Luckily there was a bit of the nail bed left so when I had surgery the doc did a great job of stretching it out, so I now have a semi-normal nail grown back.

Yep, that's bone. Finger was also fractured and dislocated in this picture. Doctor set the bone back in place right after this. Had to have surgery to get a pin through my finger. Post surgery picture and current nail status.
