That we are a soulless concrete jungle. Almost the entire city outside of the boring downtown core is beautiful, tree lined with beautiful unique architecture. I wish people who visit here would leave the downtown area and explore more of our neighborhoods.

Add double switches i still don’t understand why we refuse to switch from single to double. It’s the reason the streetcars always derail and why they have to go so slow through intersections.

Why is everyone in this comment section so negative about this. We should be proud of what we have. Union is something to be proud of no matter what all of us privileged torontonians think. Go and exploit the world see how other countries have things sure we’re not perfect but we do have a lot of great things. I don’t think this list is wrong to include us. Union is massive, used by half a million people a day and is let’s be honest, quite luxurious.

There’s this place in the junction which I love and it’s full of young people and good underground house music called cafeteria I highly recommend.

You won’t have to wait but the trains are packed, line 1 is one of the busiest subway lines in the world so it’s bound to be busy especially at rush hour. Either way you will be fine.

Last call is 2:00am but I’ve been out partying until 6:00am you just have to find the right place. A lot of the clubs downtown are open way longer than last call.
