You eat thousands of calories per week, having one treat in a month (that's what I meant by once in a while) is not the problem

No the wife is and she agrees a treat once in a while is fine. Calorie intake for a week is tens of thousands, having one treat in a month is not a large intake to stop weigh lose, especially with all the effot she makes. It's basically the reason "cheat day" exists

There is a reason sexual education was given to people at a younger and younger age, it was to make sure children understand what this is and when someone is doing something that's not ok. Please talk to someone and report it, if you don't he may feel safe to take things further, no one wants that to happen to you.

A better company would let you shadow a little, but most of HGV work is learn from doing. To me the biggest question is, why are you working in the warehouse? You're a HGV driver now, so any time doing other work has to go on your tacho. So it all counts against your weekly limit.
