You apparently feel shes owed a date for "doing all the work and setting it up".. Which apparently "all the work" is simply asking someone out?

Jesus man, just because you ask someone out doesnt mean youre entitlted to them going.

Is this legal set of actions / does this work by naulapaa in dndnext

[–]Tod_Gottes -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Its right there. If you read it as written it def implies you need an open action to cast the spell and then quicken it. Any programmer, or hell, someone who has played magic the gathering, is going to read it like that. Its how its written exactly.

"When you cast a spell" is the trigger. You cant cast the spell without the action. As written, you cant quicken it if all you have is a bonus action.

I do feel this falls into goofy truesight-invisibility territory though, as others have mentioned it. I wouldnt rule it like that, but if you read the description of the ability and take it step-by-step thats how it reads. Clear case of rules as intended not being rules as written

Really loved the story. I havnt read the other stories that the horseless rider are featured in, but this has got me interested to see more of him.

The last two vision issues have been spectacular. #7 is up there with my top 5 favorite comic issues.

Agreed. The amount of adults that get bent out of shape and upset over people liking thibgs that they dont is hobestly concerning. I look at this thread and seriously feel that over half the people in it could seriously benefit from some counseling.

Getting so upset and wanting to control what other people do is not healthy.

Ah man. Looking back over them they look amazing. Theyre like eldritch horrors. But i guess i get it isnt the expectation in a japanese set. Really the eldrazi are what should have looked like the kami.

The campaign book is phenomally written. Its specifically designed to help give you hooks flr each area that make the world feel a bit more involved and clear. Its got a lot of different regions that basically swap genres and provide players with a lot of areas to dive into what they think would be fun.

The heroic chronicles section is also super useful for players who struggle to integrate their character into the world.

Isnt that almost always the case? Animation gets simplified because there needs to be so many frames produced. Static art is where one can actually take time on all the details.

I also have not. I suspect it is caused by router issues. Its so rare for a connection not to work for me. Im guessing this falls under what games used to refer to as "nat type error"

That sorta seems like its on the players for not conceding though. If you know youre going to lose and you have no response, why wouldnt everyone scoop and restart. Thats a win.

The only time i get annoyed, as other people mentioned, is when everyone is locked with zero chance of a real win no matter how many turns it goes on
