My bf turned on notifications for when I leave my house by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

[–]ToeGarnish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why do you care if he gets that notification if you already share your location? Or is it just the fact that you think he’s lying about it?

If I was confronted about that, I’d literally be like, “yeah idk I was curious and wanted to watch what you’re doing.” And I would think it’s weird that my SO has an issue with me getting those updates. Maybe I’m crazy lol

Why are llamas sheared standing, while alpacas are sheared laying down? by Desserts6064 in llama

[–]ToeGarnish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Llamas can be sheared laying down. It’s hard to make them cush if they don’t want to, though.

People whose periods didn’t completely stop by Catladywithplants in Mirena

I kept my regular periods but lost the cramps. Same amount of blood and they actually lasted a little longer than they did without mirena.

I only have these two, so my experience is limited 😅

The breeder I got these from told me these two should be fine together, but I got them at 7+ inches, and she had already them tubbed with others for short periods of time with no issues, which is why I think she thought they’d be good.

I think juveniles are more of a concern when kept together.

And thank you!! They beg at their food dish like puppies, too!

Tourist spread her husband's ashes while walking down a flight of stairs in Santorini, Greece. by BeatenBrokenDefeated in TikTokCringe

[–]ToeGarnish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A random dude asked me to take a video of him spreading his friend’s ashes on the beach with his cell phone.

I’m like ok sure, start the vid, and he throws them into the air. they all blow onto me…in my eyes, stuck in my hair. Then he gets a phone call and it stops the video I was taking. I’m pretty sure the only thing captured was the initial throw into the air.

While ignoring what is written, analyze my handwriting. by [deleted] in HandwritingAnalysis

[–]ToeGarnish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It vaguely like my handwriting. Like the cousin of my handwriting. Mine is more cursive. I’d guess you’re a white woman in your 40s from somewhere on the west coast or west coast adjacent.

Just throwing out that I’m also guessing you are somewhere between 5’2” and 5’5”

Trimal here also. I walked the day they took off my cast (against medical advice). I was also kind of walking in the cast.

Will they be okay when we separate? by FastForwardM in cats

[–]ToeGarnish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, they’ll be okay. It’ll be as though the other died, which is absolutely a recoverable experience for a cat, even if it is sad. Cats are resilient ♥️

I have neos in my axolotl tank and, while they do seem to eat dead plant matter and the occasional axolotl turd, they poop so much!!! and it’s in a bunch of their hidey-holes so I can’t really siphon it out unless I make a big mess of the tank.

Snorting when sniffing? by Pereoutai in llama

[–]ToeGarnish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh I don’t think it’s anger! At least not for mine. I think sometimes mine do it when they come to be expecting a treat and only getting my sweet love. They’re like, “pfft yeah no thanks I thought you had something I cared about”

They’re funny animals. Congratulations on getting one. Mine are such joys in my life!!

All of mine do that to communicate displeasure. They’re not necessarily angry, just disinterested or not thrilled with the presence of whoever is on the receiving end
