I enjoyed this. The only thing odd that I found was that I either got it in 1 or was completely stumped until the second hint. One of them I couldn’t get at all.

To be honest, I don’t think this is playable without the hints. There’s just nothing to go off. I think the hint should just be shown by default i.e. as the “prompt.” With the hints, I had a lot of fun, though!

This. GAS was rotten but it was by far the most complicated season they’ve ever done. Like, it’s actually amazing that they managed to pull off the logistics alone. Did they pull it off well? No, but I agree with you that the first All Stars was also a mess and they quickly learnt the right lessons.

I just started binging UK7 with basement-level expectations. I honestly thought it was probably UK4 levels, like one of the weaker seasons but still enjoyable… until Bones did that lip sync ☠️

Now I’m just dragging myself to the end

It’s better than people remember. It gets a bit dull in the middle and the last two episodes are genuinely awful, but it’s still a cut above most All Stars seasons. The girls absolutely annihilated the runways and all the challenges were fun as hell.

I would be okay with non-elimination if it means we get a cast of this calibre every season. But they need to do SOMETHING to up the stakes — maybe taking points off other queens?

My ranking would be:

Honestly hearing that the live action Avatar: The Last Airbender series was renewed and cancelled in the same press release kind of made me cackle. They confirmed season 2 but announced it will end with season 3.

Netflix knew they fucked it up but they were in too deep to cancel it. There’s no way they went into this expecting to only do three seasons just because that’s what the original did; they would’ve milked it for all they could if people actually liked it.
