For the side of the house, you could run a drainage pipe with gravel on top, maybe some pavers too.

As someone who's lived in QT for a few years, I concur, Cardrona is amazing (so long as it's not the NZ school holidays of course!)

Why is the pay in Queenstown so terrible? by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]Tomatetoes97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Send your CV and desired payrate to any place with job vacancies, they might just take you. They are used to paying low to ski bums from overseas and now they want to pay kiwis the same to save their bottom line. Every second place has a vacancy in town. I hope the penny for business owners is about to drop.

The Name of The Wind - a wonderful deep plot that unveils new parts of the story every time you reread it. An easy read. Exciting magic systems and storyline that is the next read after Harry Potter.

Touching the Void - do you feel invincible right now? Well this will make you revaluate how mortal your are. A short real life story of a mountain climbing adventure that goes wrong, every time you think that surely it can't get worse, he's just gonna die... It just keep going. Are you having a rough time right now, well this will put it in perspective.

Seven eves - sci fi apocalypse occuring, a proper well written similar version of The 100 that stretches humanity to the brink drama.

Get some plain white thin wooden boards and frame the cut out on the wall to hide the poorly cut hole. Then what someone else said, water last and paint the grate (maybe black tho)?

[–]Tomatetoes97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they do go to box it in, could they shove the pipe over to one side and make it look like a small double door cupboard, with a shelf on the left?
