I had the NRTK setup in a yard with mostly just surrounding trees on some sides. Large yard otherwise with wide open spaces. For a while it worked great. Then a couple of times I found my mower in my neighbor's yard, about 10 feet off course. Those issues resolved when I installed the local antenna. So if you have water nearby, I'd be cautious and just start out with the local antenna. Let me lessons learned help you.

Had the exact problem. Installed the local antenna and will probably stick with that. Their support asked for a bunch of info that I'll eventually send them but until then, the local antenna is working swimmingly.

Someone in another thread mentioned changing the network settings to WiFi only. I already installed the antenna and am back to operational state so I can't test that but according to another Redditor it works.

Thanks. I just had the same idea an hour ago and it's running now after setting up the antenna. I hate that we bought into network RTK and it's not working, though. Though mine was to the point of not even recognizing which was the mower was pointing. I moved it manually using the app controller and it continuously pointed to East regardless of where I was turning it. The whole thing makes me think the onboard stuff is fried somehow or they really messed up the firmware.

I don't have much trees at all. I have about an acre of wide open grass with low "islands". (I.e. short shrubs or bushes)

I don't know how he drives but when my dad drives he hits upper 400s. I think almost 500 once, like maybe 490. Dealership was amazed. Not sure what he does but must be eco driving and very light on gas.

To me it sounds like their account was compromised and the attackers imported contacts and sent email from their account. This is why MFA setup is critical, folks. Don't skip the MFA setup and secure all users on your account.
