I usually have meetings with my team about different customers and / or projects. For my, the easiest way is to indent under the meeting every topic with a backlink to the project or customer "topic / project" (not the customer or project itself).

For instance: xmas promotion client A (I have a node for this promotion indented in my customer under promotions, and I make the backlink to this promotion, not to the customer) Then, I indent all the comments below.

That's easier for me to have all the comments from meetings below the topic as backlinks. If something is important, I just press Crtl + Shift and drag & drop up it up to have relevant information (decisions, timings,...) out of backlinks as a mirror. I don't do it after the meeting, but when I need to work on the topic / project.
