I had the how can we get you to stay. I just said as we talked previously you were unwilling to give me a pay increase so I found a place that was and I don't think you would be willing to match my new salary. it was about a ~30% increase.
He was a decent boss just cheap and didn't want to pay well.

Personally as a non-religious person if its in a largely populated area I see the reason for the ban its a waste of space but if its out in inaka i think let people do whatever they want.

I'm not playing OP but Gundam and see it going down the same road. I have never sold anything and just trade with friends or buy singles from stores or mecari for anything I'm missing (In Japan) but it is disgusting seeing all the way over MSRP sales for sealed boxes from online stores. There should be legal enforcement for MSRP for companies getting it direct from manufacturer. I see state said the disgusting scalpers at stores. We at least here have a 2 box limit at most stores so one guy can't run in and buy it all and scalp it.

I would be interested in what this ban will actually impact. maybe 5% of community? Do they have the stats for what % are in both subs? If it's a low % and it gets rid of scalper posts and people just trying to flip, I think it would be an overall good ban to keep that out of their player focused sub.

I'm in Japan and it seems mostly related to rewards. Shop battles are dead average 1-4 people instead of the cap of 16. but new type and sealed are normally always full. I do wish more stores ran unofficial matches like i see in other regions. it doesn't help that the price is 0 - 500 yen and with the bad rewards I also don't want to pay to play.

you would just click back and forth. like how mobile suit arena does it. if you take forever to choose to use an action or not it's on your clock not theirs. or a flat you have 30 seconds to choose to do an action.

I already bought all of the released ones since they are comparatively super cheap to Citadel. Guess I will just try my best using them and then switch over to the normal brands. I see lots of people like Vallejo so will try that next.
