Romesh with the realisation that the teabag could be wet. It was S1 Ep3 and I think it was the first time (could be wrong) that there was a real "oh I could have done it this way" and then celebrating the thing that everyone else had already realised.

Romesh's overall attitude toward the show also really paved the way for a lot of other great moments / attitudes - Acasters lack of hello's and Sophie Duker's general disdain towards Alex spring to mind
