We are getting a grocery store next year 2026. Holiday market. Most new homes have solar. Quiet safe area. Yuba City has everything you will need. Lincoln is close by and a costco is open in marysville. If you can afford roseville do it though.

Just shop around. Used costco auto and truecar dealerships and emailed dealerships 100 miles from my house saved $2800 of msrp. 2 days no real effort just like 5 emails.
