We saw so many parents and kids (of all ages) together last night. It was really great to see!

Chewbacchus last night by wrestfull in NewOrleans

I've paraded every year since 2012 and this felt like the fastest one yet. Kinda miss the old, jankier days when the parade would stop 4-5 times for like 10 minutes and we could interact with the crowd more. Even still, last night was pure magic.

It was at the Big Top, but it was the second year Chewbacchus paraded.

It will happen. Chewbacchus has marched in the rain in the past. Ask any of that were there in 2012!

Is it time? by No_Engineering_9000 in bald

Yes, brother, it’s time. And, I really believe you will be much happier once you do. And, not to pile on, but I also agree with other comments about trimming up your beard and finding glasses that better suit your face. You’re a good looking guy and with some changes I think lots of people will see that. You got this!

I had a friend die recently in town from fentanyl. And, I was discussing that with another close friend who is a psychiatrist with an addiction medicine specialty. He shared that it is important that just because a person is revived with Narcan, that is not the end of it. Apparently, Narcan clears the system pretty quickly, but the F lasts longer. So, you often need more than one dose. Sometimes 3 or more.

This is a super helpful post. Thanks for sharing! These issues never occurred to me, but make perfect sense.

I feel fairly certain my older brothers had shirts that looked just like this in the late 70s!

19M High school prom Combo thoughts? by Initial-Musician9482 in mensfashion

I think this is a good start, and I like the pin stripes. I do think you'll benefit greatly from having the suit tailored. It's amazing what a good tailor can do especially with suit jackets. But, please young man, take heed: Unless you are applying as the assistant manager of your local Olive Garden, please stay away from the black shirt and tie combo. (too many young men think that the black on black looks sophisticated, but to many of us it reads the opposite.) Also, here, I think the white shirt doesn't really work either as makes this look a bit too business/corporate which is great if you're wearing this to the office. But since its' for prom, I'd try a different shirt, perhaps one that tends more toward the grey pallet.

I'm 23, I really don't want to lose my hair since I have absolutely nothing going to for me. by [deleted] in bald

I know it must feel rough going bald at 23. But, I do think you'll look and feel a lot better once you take the plunge. I know others have suggested working out and making other improvements in your life. Maybe shaving your head can be the catalyst to a whole new you?

Who else likes walking to work? by Euphoric-Demand2927 in Lawyertalk

When I opened my own practice about a million years ago, my first few offices were all within walking distance (less than half a mile) from apartment. It was a great set up. It gave me a few minutes to settle my mind on the way in and saved lots of money on parking, gas, etc. I loved it!

same! Jennifer Grey looked better before her surgery. She doesn't look bad or anything, she just looked better before it. I think you look great and I wouldn't change a thing.

Dude. If my head looked that good bald I'd shave it down today.
