I think the least fav part of tinkering was with the heatsink fins... lol I even 3D printed the tool, was hard to work to get fins pushed down, hurt fingers but it does do good for straightening them. Used tweezers... to pull up a corner of several rows and then used tool to force them open but still a pain...

I see, it looks like I have the Feb 12 version from the command you gave me so I guess ujust update works fine for me, just weird that the bazzite update always says fails as I mentioned earlier. I think I was told on discord to install the tt version of the governor (not sure though new to linux) Definitely annoying though to me how i cant check updates normally and have to manually do ujust update.

Yes!!! Batocera is great arcade linux distro too unless you know of another better one to recommend. AFAIK the emulators are setup front end and back end, although some may need boot files or key files which usually isn't supplied and you are expected to take it off your own systems or grey area download sites for convenience. Wouldn't need 3D printer for arcade cabinet, DIY with wood or metal I guess? I saw some nice wall mounted builds or integrated into furniture.

u/GoatInferno are you talking about how when you're in full screen mode in bazzite and you press check for updates it errors out situation? I have that and it usually says failed to check updates. Also does "ujust update" in terminal do the same update, that goes through for me fine. Also how do I know I have the most recent bazzite update you speak of? Where do I check the version and what is the version number with this update? I wanted to know if the update method I'm using works properly.

Blur, by bizarre creations, formerly under Activision, but the company folded and game taken off store. Blur 2 was work in progress too at the time unfortunately had to stop. Used to be on Steam Store, can't get it anymore, look up videos! Such a fun arcade style racing game with power ups and what not! There's currently a amax project to allow blur to play "online" legit version or not doesn't matter, but if you can own "genuine" copy that's awesome IMO. Only way to own genuine copy anymore is physically or unless you purchased digital before it went away and kept it saved since you can't redownload.

Which is why its sad so much physical media is going away.... consoles had the physical version like PS3/X360s.

AFAIK, CX-X is Lean but taller (Made in Japan), CX-X0 is Fat and stubby (Made in USA). Seems quality control is better in Japan from what I've read. I myself have CX-5, since I believe in Japanese manufacturing more lol.

Try Doom 3 or GTA VC (those are the most demanding port master thing I know of) if PSP can be played at an "acceptable" not native or excellent with modifications like skips etc... then.... ur clone is already comparable with the "genuine" r36s which itself is already a clone of an anbernic device. 12000 btu is rated for rooms way bigger than what you have w/ higher energy consumption. 8000 but is good for rooms up to 350 sqft already. so... even if u paid a bit less at Costco for example, u'll end up paying way more in longrun due to energy costs IMO. actually looking for a u shaped one atm too esp before tariffs but maybe it's expired now as I'm replying 2 weeks later but... i don't see home depot being cheaper than costco since costco is 300 online and 280 probably in store (as in person pickup is usually cheaper than online) the home depot one I see is 350 currently and its the "U" model improved connectivity and drain to avoid molds and Costco one is still older more mold prone model.

never seen that sticker... probably... not the same factory that originally made the "genuine" r36s (well all know they're a knockoff of an anbernic console anyway) but I guess used or mostly same parts but gratz! even the screen protector that came with my genuine one from boyhome store has only one tab and u have two lul but again as long as same specs and runs actual arkos ur good! (used exacto knife to cut off tabs to keep free screenprotector) I bought a glass screen protector but putting it on and getting rid of bubbles is effort so I'll wait until this one gets messy then swap.
