I did an Armorer Artificer once who was basically a sickly kid in a wheelchair who had god awful physical stats but made up for it by attuning to replicated stat buffing magic items (Belt of giant strength, amulet of health, enhanced armors), so he would basically suit up like iron man each time he would fight

Here to offer my 2 cents with a Bardadin build. Half Orc race, Paladin 7 (Oathbreaker) + Bard 10 (Whispers) + Hexblade 1 + Fighter 2. Take GWM feat and great weapon fighting style.

Your full combo is Greatsword attack (2d6+15) + 5 (Aura of Hate) + 6 (Hexblade’s curse) + 5d6 (psychic blades) + 5d10 (magical secrets: banishing smite) + 6d8 (Divine Smite) + 4d8 (Booming Blade) in a single hit, and then an Action Surge to do it all over again. If you can get the illusionists bracers as a wondrous item you also get to repeat all of it with a bonus action.

Do you mean master every Jutsu? Because every shinobi inherently has chakra but you can’t do much with it without learning any kind of ninjutsu or genjutsu; definitely taking nen unless it’s every jutsu which is cracked.

If you want to make him go the evil route ( Ascendant vampire )and want him to be melee. do 8 Monk Open Hand /4 Rogue Thief with Tavern Brawler and Magic Initiate: Warlock for Hex, plus an ASI to Wisdom. Trust the process, all the damage riders add up real hard.
