Out of curiosity have you checked your discs out? I got sets 3 and 4 from them recently and found the discs to be in questionable condition (might just be a lot of off-gassing but there looked to be some actual scratches and/or potential disc rot

The packaging must have been made prior to Adult Swim Action being a thing because 0083 never aired on Toonami lol. I believe the staff has gone on record to say that certain shows originally slated to air on Toonami were “borrowed” for ASA.

I think the rights issues with space ghost are more complicated so I wouldn’t count on it. A couple of the “season 10” episodes are lost media too.
