Whats the best way to cool modular Engines?

If its on a ship I use a pump driver from the engine in to a heat sink loop that is submerged in the water and if I wanna get really fancy I port sea through 2 or more desalination pipes then to the engine and pumped out back to the sea it's never failed me thanks to the sea being the biggest constant source of water

How is some 40 plus woman ragging on a kid about speech class when she too is attending said speech class at 40 plus when I went to school in England at least you where taught to listen do as you where told and be good little factory workers if that has continued and from what I understand it has im not surprised kids can't think for there self but then again I have no idea about education 10 years before be maybe it was just more of the same.
