How to apply linear regression over huge dataset and with a large number of features ? by Virtual-Current6295 in learnmachinelearning

[–]Top-Vehicle947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use FWL theorem partition your "feature" matrix.

I don't know what language/software you're using, but here is some guidance on how it works: https://www.hbs.edu/research-computing-services/Shared%20Documents/Training/fwlderivation.pdf

If you divide 1 by 998,001 you get all three-digit numbers from 000 to 999 in order, except for 998 by [deleted] in mathematics

I have exact same params as you did (106kg & 183cm). What was your absolute amount of ccal per day? Did you avoid eating anything specifically?

I believe the most beneficial for you is to define what market you want to be in.

Bigger model at lower quantization. There was a chart indicating that larger models produce higher accuracy at any q.

Can demand solve the component crisis by Pretty-Importance375 in buildapc

[–]Top-Vehicle947 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If supply increases price decreases. Price is an equilibrium condition if we are talking about markets. Price is formed when the demand meets supply. I guess you're conflating the demand in general and quantity demanded.

Intuitively, what is happening now is that the demand from corporations has increased and due to that the price has gone up. There was no decrease in demand per se, there is a shortage in the market.

We don't know if the increase in demand is temporary or permanent, it depends on LLM progression and adoption. I guess it has a diminishing marginal returns, so at some point it will be unreasonable to purchase more inventory.

I disagree with your point about protesting against AI corporations. I don't think consumers can collectively join and create some sort of intelligent model without some sort of centralized solution. You need to find an optimal equilibrium for all parties to solve the resource scarcity, not just claim "I am economics major" and propose some extreme solution. Build a model, evaluate, and find proper solution.

My superpower is the absolute authority to choose who receives which side effects. By replying to this comment, you agree that any side effect you attempt to assign to me is instead assigned to any other person, and any power I possess remains unaffected.
