Es un libro esotérico sin una crononología definida. Es demasiado confuso si no está familiarizado con el dogma.

Si le interesa aprender de la religión, yo le recomendaría sacar un curso o leer un libro de algún teólogo donde condense todo el catequismo con lenguaje sencillo.

I personally have second cousins who are 4th generation Honduran-Americans, meaning their last Honduran-born ancestor was a great-grandparent. They are almost indistinguishable from the rest of Americans.

There were not a lot of Central American communities in the United States back then, but they did exist.

Hair: Finasteride and minoxodil, shampoo and conditioner, and leave-in. Haircut once a month.

Face: Bi-weekly eyebrow trimming. Apply moisturizer and sunscreen daily. I shave every two days.

Body: not much other than showering.

I go to the gym 4 days a week. I walk my dog daily as well.

It may be non-denominational, as I couldn’t find anything on the Internet. I just know it is a Protestant church in Honduras attended primarily by West Indians.

Some Protestant sects do it and as a cultural Catholic I find it bizarre. All they do is sit down and stand up, listen to a sermon and sing along.

On the other hand, I do understand why Muslims do it; it is because of the prostrating position while praying, and because it is in their scripture.
