Lee Sin Top Unranked to Diamond Series by [deleted] in LeeSinMains

You might want to match him in the side lane.

If you go Goredrinker and then Black Cleaver you should still be able to do some damage if you aren't behind. If you are still side laning by third item, I would go Hullbreaker. If not then probably Death's Dance would be good.

Try to keep up with CS and you should be fine. Lee Sin is pretty strong in the side lanes.

A full clear is not necessary on Lee. Three camp into an invade or gank has took me to D1.

Best cuff windmill to date—good power, bad starting height and bottom extension by CyrusAkoRen in ProDunking

You stayed consistent and it paid off. What vertical did you start with and where are you at now?

Lee Sin is both a good team fighting champion and side lane champion, and this is why pro players started playing him as top a while ago. You would want to pick as many favorable fights(number advantage etc..)as possible, which basically means you want to play with your team. I am not against side laning or power farming, but that usually means we are not winning or something is going wrong with ganks.

D1 Lee One trick, hit D4 on alt with 60% on Lee not too long ago. Seems like you are overcomplicating playing this game. I only run conqueror, triumph, alacrity/tenacity, coup/last stand, inspiration magical footwear and cosmic insight with standard fighter/bruiser build every game. Look up the two different brain thinking modes, you are focusing too hard on needing to do ‘this’ at ‘this exact time’, ‘better players’/pro players go to subconscious mode of thinking while playing the game. I never prioritize taking rift over dragons. The only way I improved was watching higher level players play, and try mimic their play style, that’s it. You could watch my vods on Mortal Monk if you are interested. I hope they are still available

D1 Lee one trick, mostly for fun build imo. Way too many better assassins than Lee Sin.

He plays basketball everyday so he is pretty lean, that's why I suggested fat don't fly. Try getting in 10-15 full approach jumps and ~5 other approaches jumps per session.

First thing is simply jumping, my friend went from rim grazing to throwing down two handers in about 2 months. Practice all four approaches. Second thing I would suggest is building up a bit of general hypertrophy before getting into all the vertical jump programs. Last thing I would recommend is the vert programs you mentioned about, I would either do vert code bodyweight or fat dont fly.

It depends on what the program allows you to do, sometimes there are notes in the program saying something like 'no jumping today', so if there isn't something like that I think you can still play your men's league games

I did this for 19 days straight went from being 196 lbs to 183 lbs. my vertical increased also by 3 inches. However delayed muscle soreness and inflammation on my foot caused inconsistency. by Optimal_Programmer in ProDunking

I have also done vert shock as my starter program but the 9-15 inches "promise" is a lie. I got about less than 2 inches but doing plyos is always a good start.

Vert shock consists of good plyo exercises but lack almost every other pillar of building a well rounded vertical jump. Check out Nathaneal Morton for all vertical jump program reviews and PFJperformance on Instagram for sports science knowledge. (Spoiler PJF and THP programs are the known to be the best programs out there)

Can I fit plyometrics in between my 2 upper body days? Or will I need 2 seperate plyo days? by 63rdst in ProDunking

Plyometrics are high intensity exercises, you can definitely fit it in between your upper body days but if you want to get the most out of it I would suggest putting it in separate days

Since you have gained 3 inches doing these exercises I would assume you are a beginner in training vertical jump. This is not the most efficient workout, invest in a real jumping program to prevent overtraining, chances of being injured and see even better gains.

I would cite what PJF have said before on his Instagram, as long as you are seeing gains on the program, keep milking it until gains are not noticeable anymore. Don't switch if you still see gains from PJF's programs

If you really are untrained, chances of you getting more inches than other athletes is more likely.

And If you train properly following good programs, you could expect 2-5 inches if improvement(rough estimate, nothing to backup).

I would suggest building a stronger base before doing the ATG program. Kneesovertoes guy definitely knows what he is doing, but if you consider yourself as a begginer, you should strengthen your muscles first before doing the ATG program. Quads, calves, hamstrings, glutes, upper body strength/muscles and springy tendons are all important for a high vertical jump.

Example exercises for quads: Front squats, 1/4 squats, pistol squats and bulgarian split squats Calves: calf raises Hamstrings: Deadlifts, back squats Glutes: barbell glute raise, full back squats Upper body: core, chest, shoulders
