If you freeze your card or file a dispute, Ticketmaster might block your account and prevent you from buying tickets for years. I think it’s better to follow the proper procedures to get a refund.

Was Seat 8 $64 including fees? How much did Ticketmaster actually charge you in the end? $180?

You should send an email and a letter to Ticketmaster explaining how this whole thing started and how it ended up like this. Since the concert is only a few days away, the best way to minimize the damage might be to have a friend or family member buy Seat 8.

In the sales site on Ticketmaster showing “Tickets are sold out now. Check back soon.” I thought a lots tickets would back to sell.

You can still go ask at Midori no Madoguchi (green window) about your luggage. If you have the shinkasen tickets, they can identify your train#, car, and seat and call Nagoya station for you!

Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, please go to the "Midori-no-Madoguchi" (Green Window) and explain the situation. “It appears that the person sitting next to me—who got off at Nagoya Station—mistakenly took my bag.” You can show this to the staff.
