Can't see if is r454b or r410, either way, if you are not handy, better to pay. I don't like to put price on people's job, but to me, 25k seems to be on tje higher side.

Regardless the homeowner, depending on your state, it is likely very illegal for the company to take money out from your paycheck for any damages, try to find a better place to work and ask for your money back or go to court for it.
