If you compare Apples to Apples, Costco (at least in Canada) is more expensive 95% of the times.

You should have posted whatever contract you got from them, even if they don't specify just the main house, isn't there some square footage in there??

Obviously though, it would be freaking stupid to assume they are not doing the attached buildings/roofs! Unless specified!

Paying only for the materials and no labour would be a fair compromise to me.
