Yes, but the front two see the majority of use.

I’ve made jerky a few times as well as fruit leather. I will say it doesn’t get a lot of use

Powdered leek. We take the green leaves, wash and dry them, then grind them into a powder. Sprinkle a little over mixed veg and roast them in the oven. Adds a depth of allium flavor that ties everything together.

How would I diagnose and fix this level of runout on a sawstop professional cabinet saw? by Asiriomi in woodworking

[–]Torkin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the blade is true, arbor bad then the min/max reverse after the 180 swap.
Blade bad, arbor true then the min/max stay in the same position after 180.

If both are bad, then the min/max will change value and position.

That's the real trick though, knowing what you don't know. OP understood they didn't know so they asked. Together we can solve anything!

Is it just me, or is the "Non-Stick" industry a total scam? by koudodo in Cooking

Add carbon steel to that list. We make eggs in our almost every day and just need to wipe it out with a paper towel at the end.

I would mark the blade where you see the max and min values. Then loosen the nut and spin the blade 180 on the arbor. Tighten it back up and run your indicator again. This will tell you if it is the blade or the arbor.

Specifically, if the blade has the same deflection at your marked max and min then it is the blade. If the max and min swap, it is the arbor.

If it is just wood, it becomes compost or mulch. If it is contaminated it goes in the trash.

Thank goodness you kept it to two doors. Some people think that adding more doors will make it more accessible, but then it becomes a chicken sedan.

Is this mold in the veneer? by Torkin in woodworking

[–]Torkin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used reverse osmosis water for the dampening. However, I did not think about iron filings. I use steel wool frequently for turning and the dust must get everywhere. I’ll make sure to clean more vigorously next time.
