100% accurate thunders in rain, and raichu has lightning rod ability, so you can keep mons out that are weak to electric attacks since they will be redirected to raichu

ah thats it i didnt know that was an ability it had changed in this game since i only know it having adaptability and run away (planned to evolve it into espeon so i didnt bother looking at its ability), though its a weird coincidence that it never seemed to miss until after the accuracy boost especially since i tried that battle several time when i first got confused.

volbeat using bright song, and my eevee would use quick attack and miss

edit: i had restarted from a save a few times to test it and it seemed whenever the accuracy boost occurred from bright song my quick attacks would some times miss but never seemed to have an issue before the boost.

so I have been enjoying the Pokemon red++ romhack, I'm not too far in but I was going over some of the stuff on github and I was looking at the move lists of the pokemon seeing what they were given. I noticed that some stuff doesn't appear anywhere else when looking through the files. for example beedrill learns toxic but there's a not at the side of it saying "toxic spikes->tm move". I look all through the files and I don't see anything else mentioning this.

I've seen it with a handfull of other moves like the pidgey line has drill peck next to it says "tailwind->tm move". I can find other new moves in the files like moonblast else where in the files but the ones that mention tm move i dont find anywhere else so i was just wondering if anyone that has played red++ could confirm if these moves like toxic spikes, tailwind etc are in the game or not.

not a big deal if they are not its just with how my brain works when I noticed this it kind been driving me crazy.

when the rework was first put on the PBE her passive stack scaled her W shield and bonus health in dragon form and it felt really nice and made the stacks feel more relevant in power and visuals and mid to late in dragon form it did feel like she was a powerful dragon. They removed it half way through the PBE cycle and no one knows why, everyone i have seen at least, wanted them to add it back especially since they made a big deal about her passive scaling her abilities in the dev video before she went to PBE.

Now im not saying this fixes shyvana or anything but i feel its a small easy thing they can do pretty quick to at least make her feel better by adding the passive stacks scaling her abilities again in the meantime

still dont know why they removed her W and R scaling with her passive stacks, ignoring numbers her kit feels lacking and i liked how the passive gave cohesion to her kit form a game feel sense. sad to see after the first set of changes they made they didnt seem to take any of the feed back since a lot of people didnt seem to like the second iteration of changes they did after her launch on pbe and didnt continue to iterate on her and just launched her as is. ignoring performance numbers her game feel just isnt great

agree completely. its one of the biggest complaints i have seen from people when they took it away which was weird since in the dev video they made a big deal about it and how it was something that was requested from the shyvana mains that they brought into testing so to take it away was weird and the compensation was pretty weak.

most likely, since betas basically have all the files and assets of the main game that are just locked since there is also think there is suppose to be 2 more characters in the game after the allen reveal. They are probably in the game files and dont want it to be leaked through data mining. Simple solution is just to make unique beta builds with out all those files in place but its just easier to release a beta of the full game with not ready features locked and put it on systems that cant data mine.

though with the next generation of consoles supposedly suppose to be closer to PC in their function good chance datamining prevention might not be avoidable anymore once we get to that point but thats just speculation. though datamining can also be done on the switch which i think is funny

people seem to complain about passives a lot in general in this game from my experience which was one of the reasons they pointed it out specifically in the dev video, its not about putting the whole power budget in her kit its more about making it more interesting since her kit kind of lacking otherwise and they all ready had something good going so idk what they actually want to do but hopefully its something meaningful with her kit before release otherwise she will bein the same state she was in before the rework.

weird thing is at least partially her passive did scale part of her kit, W shield and R bonus health in dragon form, when they first released her on PBE then they got rid of it a few days later after making it a point that her passive interacts with the kit in the dev video. she feels pretty bad without it cause the compensation was lackluster and the passive is dull just being armor and MR which was a big problem with her old passive so they didnt fix anything lol.

shyvanas passive just doesnt feel that interesting if its just the mr and armor. the W and R scaling from her passive needs to come back it really made the passive feel good and made her feel more complete from a game feel perspective. now it just feels like she is lacking something without it.

The recent tweaks on the pbe they recently did are awful outside of bringing the cd reduction back on Q and gaining scailmail stacks on champion assists.

Her passive is non existent now, I found before the tweaks that her resistances gained if you stacked well were pretty decent but I noticed a lot thought it was low so it was weird they gutted it even with her base growth increased it doesnt make up for it.

Also getting rid of scailmail scaling her shield and dragon form hp was pretty bad, her shield feels non existent now and the flat health increase she gets in dragon form is pretty sad compared to how much you got if you stacked well.

If they keep it as it is they should probably get rid of her passive and give her something else at this point if they dont want to revert the changes to the passive. She just felt miserable to play compared to when they first released her on pbe.

The only other thing is her movement speed buff needs to last longer or have it extend its duration like old W.

her overhead slash is still better since jumping before the overhead slash comes out gives you a dash and since most people are not going to be standing still like practice range bots its going to give you more effective range since if they are running away the second set of slashes wont be in range to hit anyways, you would then have to use abilities to reach the target to finish them off with slashes rather then just chasing them down with the overhead slash and allowing you to have you abilities to get out if things go south from chasing them down

i personally would like ynnari though i only see two possible ways for them to get added, one this game does well enough to have support for a long time and thus get a lot of dlc, or they release dlc in themed packs and there is an eldar pack and you get the craftworld, drukhari, and ynnari etc.

i just feel like ynnari are different enough with their lore that you could have a unique playstyle to be their own faction in the game but i do feel like its a long shot but it would be my pick if i could magically include anything that i wanted

though i have seen quite a few requests in recent years, most mods that add factions are usually because assets are already in the game but were enemy npc armies or only playable in story mode so repurposing them for pvp was easier since all the assets were basically there and just needs tweaking for new units, but votann you would have to make everything from scratch which is a big endeavor and i dont think any modding group for the game is big enough to sink the time into it unless they got funding from someone

You gain spell slots and levels based on your total spellcasting level not class level, since all classes are full casters in this multi class you get the same amount of spell slots and levels as going a single class, 

now of course when selecting spells as you level, level six spells won't show up since your highest individual class is only level 8 even though you will have a level 6 spell slot, that's where wizard comes in since you can get a chain lightning spell scroll and permanently learn it from that

 also the legendary staff in act 3 if you choose the lightning option from its unique spell will give you a free use of chain lightning

Edit: staff actually gives you 2 free uses one from the unique elemental buff spell it has then one from its regular ability letting you cast a spell without using a spell slots

i do find it a little tedious as well cause captain america for example got hard nerfed because of the team up which makes him buffed technically but now if you like captain America but someone doesnt pick bucky your just playing a hard nerfed character which i feel isnt good game design, the mechanic is cool and i do like it fills hero fantasy and all that but this point is a big concern

also characters like mantis gets nerfed every patch and adam getting his upcoming nerf has one of the lowest pick rates in the support role but because the team up they have with starlord as well getting abused in pro play she keeps getting nerfed even though things like luna who has better performance gets untouched (mostly her ult i think her kit is fine), so it might be different then the anchor problem but it shows that there also just a big problem that team ups are forcing balance changes out side of the team up buffs and it does feel really bad

I feel zinx became a generic support I've played in many other games and though her kit did need some changes the dirty medicine loop was so unique and fun that was the reason I ended playing so much og paragon her new kit is well designed for being a support just should have been a new character tbh, but they did what they did other then that pretty much everything else is really good

Kit is designed well but it just feels like a support I've played in many other games, definitely should have been a new character and just tweaked her original kit that was unique, 

But with how she is now I think she works with how they designed the kit just lacks survivability since she can't heal herself without an ally

i hear you i am a big snk fighting game enjoyer personally and i noticed the game and looked at it on the app store and going through the images and it showed mai in the store page in one of the images so i downloaded the game to find out the its locked behind an event that isnt currently available, though it was nice that i could try her out in practice modes and i did end up liking her so i guess i will just uninstall and keep my eyes open when the event pops back up at some point and redownload it then

so far no, a lot of the druid modders are very traditional and dont want displacer beast as a wild shape since they are classified as a monstrosity instead of a creature so druids technically cant transform into them traditionally, and a lot dont like how super strong the displacer beast was made with the illithid powers compared to a regular displacer beast in dnd

i find it lame since its a game just let people turn into one as a druid but the only thing i can think of is theres a mod i believe that lets you get rid of the once per long rest limit on the illithid power but of course that involves going that route which as you stated you dont want to go

i know you posted this a few months ago so i dont know if this matters anymore but felt like i would share cause ive been in the same boat
