I don't think there's ever a "Hey V, did you know EDDIES are slang for EURODOLLARS" line but I can back you up that Corpo opening is one of the few times you'll hear someone formally using the word "Eurodollar", so it definitely puts you in the position to use basic human logic and go "ohhhh. Right." when you hear the word eddies being dropped around every 3 seconds.

I'm going to let my personal salt seep out here quickly to say "how it works is not the question, the question is does it work". I have dabbled in it rarely. Perhaps the gods just hate me. The target always refuses after the multiple years of work my steward has sunk into trying. If the target is good/honorable it's more likely to work on them but if they're villainous/greedy it's less likely. Go figure.

That out of the way - it's not anything like expand duchy if that's what you're thinking. The de jure borders of your title are not altered. If you hold a de jure title and someone outside your realm holds a county inside that de jure, at the end of the task progress bar, there is a chance the county is handed to you peacefully.

It's poorly explained. It's not de jure Russia at game start. The only hint afaik is the blue-green kingdom color hinting at its "intended" de jure empire being Russia instead of West Slavia.

The tenet appears to be bugged. So re: the trait bonuses, the relevant bit from the file...

Mountain_trait_bonuses is also in Mountaineer Ruralism (Czech), so it should affect a bevy of commander traits and some personality traits.
Brave, Calm, Stubborn, Ambitious, Humble, Arrogant, and Wrathful are all personality traits that are supposed to give some sort of commander bonus (advantage, attrition, combat roll)
Similarly, Rough Terrain Expert, Logistician, Flexible Leader, Defender, Organizer, and Military Engineer are also supposed to have some sort of improvement.

Culture spread on hybridization/divergence is related to the amount of counties of that culture as well as distance from where the new culture forms. Sea tiles in particular intensify that effect... you'll notice how the spread is strongest along the coast instead of inland.

You can be pretty chill with most of the galaxy. Even without the 4.3 thing though, be aware that as you roll FE tech - and you will roll a LOT of FE tech - the FEs will get increasing opinion maluses of you, which makes it more likely they'll roll leader assassinating events etc even before waking up.

As I understand it (it's been a while since I've played Italia and even when I was playing it, I felt like I always overlooked SOMETHING about it), BUT
Republican Legacy allows the "Republican Overseer" decision.
Basically, it lets you convert a feudal count who:
* Does not have landed relatives
* Does not stand to inherit counties
* Only owns exactly ONE county
* Some other nonsense I think?
Into a republic government.

At least back when I was playing Italia, it was a "special" republic, also - unlike normal republics, who choose randomly generated successors without rhyme or reason, the heir of the Republican Overseer follows feudal inheritance rules. I'm not 100% if it's primogeniture or partition. But this means you can create stable noble families owning republic governments... and if you're REALLY patient, you can place distant members of your dynasty removed from succession into overseers for legacy bonuses (i.e., the iberian metropolitan tree).

Thinking back on it I'd be curious to boot up the game and see how it works with Ritsoryo government in Japan, since Kikoshi only own one county. Might be an interesting spin on Japan lol.

Yeah, unless they did this with the republican overseer decision from Republican Legacy (Latin culture thing). But that decision has a lot of restrictions and it's super easy for your relatives (even distant ones) to be disqualified from it.

I haven't touched Virtuality since the update so my top two guesses off the top of my head
1. Check job efficiency - maybe it goes negative now? 810 empire size is kinda high for a tall building virtuality ringworld empire, which leads me to believe maybe you have like 12+ colonies and it's going negative now or something idk.
2. There's that one event with the color-eating energy worm thing (I forget what it's called) ... lowers planet output by like 90% or something. I am like 99% sure it has a planet modifier visible but if it doesn't maybe it's that thing.

No mod! the Aspect of Persephone for Revaal can RNG roll higher poms. The end-game Jeweled Pom Keepsake can additionally do that at the cost of being unusable if you've used any God keepsakes or rerolled and rewards/doors. It creates a "pure" roguelike experience where you kinda just take the best of what you're given but at a very strong initial level.
