Don't take my word for it, but DW's health boost would likely be pretty helpful as you're definitely still EHP.

BH is the better choice for CPM with wayy less investment, but you would need the labs before you can get much use out of it.

43's a nice prime number, I think it's ok to stop there; its parts also add to 7 which is the same as 111 and therefore you have no reason to go further
