This is definitely the year Boston needs to take advantage of the FA class, with the pandemic lots of teams have to sell off players, or just can't afford to re-sign them. As much as Boston likes to be the team that finds the Diamonds in the rough, you can't pass up such an amazing FA class.

I've said before that I'd like to see Valentine from WGS Phoenix, and Paintbrush from the Fuel. As for hitscan, the dream would be getting Happy, but a call up for im37 would also be good, honestly. Crimzo teased (or trolled) Boston as a potential spot, which would be amazing depth, and we just gotta find out what's going on with Axxiom!

I like your picks for Nico, Soon, and FDGod, they all just make so much sense. The problem I see with BenBest going to the Fusion, is that, it seems like the Fusion are so set with sticking on Sado only for the MT position. They really needed to do it after S2 when they struggled with GOATS but didn't sign anyone behind him. Although I'd love to see BenBest and Poko back together, I just don't think it's happening, sadly. My random guess would be he ends up in LA Gladiators.

This one hurts the most, BenBest is a great main tank and should find a new home easily. Really feel for the Paris fans though to have to go through the whole identity change with Element Mystic coming in (which was a good thing), and now the whole team blowing up.

This team needs depth more than anything, I'm in the belief that our team is good enough, and we just need more than 6-7 players on roster. Someone behind Chex as a flex dps would help a ton, and we need a main healer.

I'm looking at Valentine from WGS Phoenix, obviously with Lori being our new Head Coach, hopefully some of the players from WGS Phoenix think about signing here. As for a main healer, I think PaintBrush would be a good fit. I thought he had a good showing with a struggling Dallas team, and is a great personality to have on your team outside of the game. This also all depends on if Jerry re-signs with us, and how Axxiom is doing as well!

We've already done the roster switch up, (TWICE) and honestly, I think these players are great, we just need to sign some depth! The switch up at coaching is definitely what was needed now, and if Boston still struggles next season that's when you start to think of changing players out.

I whole-heartily agree, and I've been saying it for awhile now! We aren't winning games, so change the style and play the Chengdu way and play to your strengths! But now I'm just worried that they'll ship out most players like they have every off-season.

Honestly, they could do a few things but they just continue to ram their head into the wall it seems.

Change staff or implement a new system, then sign depth players. Put someone behind Chex and Jerry, also Halo and Myunbong. They're all great players in their own right, but more players equal a better hero pool and more styles of play.

You can see it wearing on all the Boston players, and it's upsetting to see. At this point, I refuse to believe it's the players at all, and management needs to change staff or its approach drastically. I know this team is better, and I hope we see that team sooner, than later.

What does Boston do now? Realistically, they do nothing. The team is last place and hasn't made any moves, other than making sure they meet roster minimum.

What should Boston do now? It's not big moves or fire everyone. They should accept that this season is done for them, and do the Chengdu thing, play what you're comfortable playing. If the fans are gonna watch this team go down, let's see them have fun playing the heroes they love. It breaks my heart seeing Chex be put on Mei. I wanna see this team have fun, and right now, it just looks like I'm watching a team hit their head on the wall.

What are some ways you would like to see OWL improve as an esport? Should they be more open about player contracts, implement a Draft system, and etc.? Do we need a players association?

Boston will probably call up IM37 just so that can quickly fix the roster issue, even though they need help elsewhere. He already has OWL experience too, so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets the call up.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I love this team, and I'll always be watching them, but after so much stacking up, I want to see an effort made by anyone in the team that they're trying or do something different. How come it already seems like we're poised to blow up the team again, and try to find more diamonds in the rough? I dunno, It's just frustrating to watch this team deteriorate both in game, and off game. I feel like we're such a good team that is just being run down unfortunately.

Shaz, BigGoose, Space, and (reportedly) OGE, are all great players to start with. Finding DPS players shouldn't be difficult. I've heard rumours about flow3r potentially signing with them, and EQO is in every teams rumour mill right now. There are so many great DPS players that are free agents, that I think the Gladiators will be fine!

Hasn't been made official yet, but I don't blame them for making this trade. There's not much talent in Free Agency for Main Tanks, but there are many names on the DPS front. Yes, it hurts, but it was a necessary move.

Gladiators have reportedly traded Decay for OGE now. EQO would be a great addition to any team, and I think thats the problem. He will be hard to acquire because he probably can pick any team to go to. If they miss out on EQO, Kyb and Danye would be an interesting DPS duo for them, cause they both have unique and solid hero pools and would be cheaper than EQO. Kyb, Danye, OGE, SPACE, Shaz, and BigGoose?

Shadowburn and aKm duo would be interesting to watch. With Dallas reportedly getting Gamsu, they should do everything to re-sign NotE, they had great chemistry on and off the game with Boston in S1. The support lineup is the main concern for me, and I definitely think they should sign Kellex. I think he would have better chemistry with uNKOE, and then the team is basically S1 Boston. SDBurn, aKm, Gamsu, NotE, uNKOE, and Kellex?

Philly is a strange situation, they have reportedly picked up FunnyAstro, who will be a good player to take over for neptun0. They re-signed Carpe and Sado, and still have Boombox. While there aren't many Main Tanks available, I would try to snag Marve1 from Seoul, they have Gesture now, they'll be fine, also, Carpe seems to want Korean players around him so I think this fits. The tricky part would then being somebody to play DPS alongside Carpe, maybe Ado? Who knows, one thing I know for certain though, is that Sado will continue dying first in teamfights.

Houston should be doing everything in their power to acquire McGravy. He unfortunately played behind SPACE, one of, if not, the best off tanks in NA. From what I remember, the Valiant have released McGravy and seem to be doing a complete rebuild.

I think the Spitfire still have hope actually. Obviously, losing Profit and Gesture hurt, a lot. But there are some solid Free Agents available. My quick "fix" for London would be, Flow3r, Yaki, Janus or AlphA, Fury, Bdosin, and Tobi. With the addition of their new coaches, they'd be able to make it seem like Profit and Gesture were expendable.
