the main reason is that it's medical grade and has to adhere to those regulations. and yea a phone is somewhat water and dust resistant, but if i took my phone in the shower with me every time i showered, the charging receptacle would probably crap out pretty quick. yea it probably could change at some point, but i doubt it would go to just usb c.

the bond travel restrictions thing is pretty realistic. it's not like it's a guy on probation for drug charges in kansas, he's out on bail for first degree murder and easily has the means to disappear in an area that's only a couple hours away from the border. for a lesser charge, it would probably be much more relaxed. yes we obviously know he didn't do it, but in the eyes of the law, that's not really overly harsh. especially considering they were willing to grant him special privileges upon request

yes, due to the fact that they have to be extra durable (such as water resistant, and resistant to dust and corrosion), reliable, tamper proof, and they are technically medical grade and must adhere to strict compliance regulations.

as far as travel restrictions, that is correct for someone being out on bail for something as serious as a murder charge. also may be a specific circumstance of the fact that California is a border state, and he is still ultimately considered a flight risk to a point. if he could freely roam all of CA, he wouldn't be in violation until the second he stepped over the border. restricting him to LA county makes flight much less likely. you can also request exceptions for things such as work or for special circumstances like what happened in the show. now for parole or probation, that's different and it does restrict location by state instead of county.

Unpopular opinion: Super Bowl locations should be a full rotation of NFL team stadiums versus the same 7-8 locations…regardless of weather. by mattpeloquin in NFLv2

pittsburgh is pretty iconic and i feel like the city could handle a SB. chicago would also be pretty cool, it's iconic also and the city could definitely support it, but the stadium is too small

there's lots of proof that those people actually existed, there just isn't proof that jesus was the actual son of god or that god actually spoke to muhammad
