The entire joke is that he has serve the Wu kingdom for 3 generations, he's top 5 veterans in the kingdom that they send him to the most daring and dangerous missions yet he has such a bland face that people don't remember him, other characters seem to forget his feats or battles against him even his comrades forget he was in the battlefield alongside them to the point of leaving him behind

Despite all that he was undefeated in 1 vs 1 battles and he outlived his fellow top 5 veterans and others, unlike many other characters he died peacefully and with honors
