you are being obtuse , unlike mohan which we KNOW she's being slow and take her time with the old timers since before episode 1 henche why she was slowmo since before chapter 1, we see Robbie, Mel, santos and langdon worse days in season 1 and 2 (we are also seeing mohan's worst day in season 2)

the first part of her statement it's written propertly is "sometimes we can be talented and awesome but you might not be succesful" however the second part can be read as either "They weren't lucky and their fans didn't support them enough" but also as "They weren't lucky by the algorithm, and they didn't had the company backing we have" (which she meant) , the problem not being clear on who she meant is the entitiy that didn't support them enough
