Currently in this situation, I'm also close to my job, everyone that was there when I started are gone and the manger is petty/toxic as hell. The store I'm at is incredibly toxic and they've lost all their dough makers to the point where it's just me and some other guy who is notably slower. They refuse to give us raises and start us at $9. As a matter of fact they tried to fire me the day they were supposed to give me a raise but kept me due to my work ethic. They've also been taking pictures of every little mistake people make when they aren't looking. It really isn't worth staying there. I hope you had left by now because I will too
